Protect the contract. Prove the delay. Recover the value.

CCE is a specialist contracts and claims consultancy for the construction and infrastructure sectors. Our practitioners have worked every side of the table - employer, engineer, contractor and subcontractor - across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE and the USA.

01 - Who we are

Entitlement is not created in a dispute. It is created - or lost - in the records: a late notice, a thin diary, an unmanaged variation. The firm is new. The practice behind it is not.

I.

Every side of the table

Employer, engineer, contractor, subcontractor. We build claims that anticipate the rebuttal - and rebuttals that dismantle the claim.

II.

Evidence over assertion

Every position is traceable to a clause, a record or a recognised methodology. No ground is advanced that cannot be proven.

III.

Prevention as well as cure

Our most valuable work is often the claim that never happened: the notice served on day three, the clause amended before signature.

IV.

Bilingual by default

Contracts and submissions drafted natively in English and Arabic - not translated afterwards.

02 - What we do

Four service lines.
One commercial file.

From pre-contract risk allocation to final account and dispute. Engage us for a single submission, a defined workstream, or as your embedded commercial function for the duration of the works.

Cl. 1.3 · Notices Cl. 3.7 · Determinations Cl. 14 · Payment

Most disputes do not arise from bad faith. They arise from contracts that were never properly administered. We run yours day to day - so the record is complete before anyone asks for it.

What you receive
  • Day-to-day administration for employers, engineers, contractors and subcontractors
  • Formal contractual correspondence, notices and determinations
  • Notice management: trigger events, time bars and conditions precedent
  • Variation and change control: instruction review, valuation and records
  • Progress, delay and disruption record systems built for substantiation
  • Interim payment, certification and final account close-out

03 - Who we serve

Whichever side of the table you sit on, the contract is the same document.

A / EMPLOYERS

Employers & developers

Hold the bargain. Assess claims on their merits, protect the budget and keep the handover date honest.

B / ENGINEERS

Engineers & project managers

Determinations that stand up to scrutiny, and a contracts bench on call for correspondence, reviews and compliance audits.

C / CONTRACTORS

Contractors

Turn disruption into entitlement - notices on time, records in order, and claims that survive the determination.

D / SUBCONTRACTORS

Subcontractors

Back-to-back terms you can live with, and claims that reach upstream instead of stopping at the main contractor.

04 - Where we come in

From the first tender letter to the final account.

Select a stage to see what we do there. Prevention where possible. Recovery where necessary.

STAGE 05

Claim

Diagnose, position, substantiate, submit, defend. Drafted to be read by a decision-maker: clear narrative, clean audit trail.
